Ingredients1 large ripe tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped 2 ripe medium avocados, peeled, seeded and diced in small cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped Juice of 1 lime 1/2 tsp ground cumin Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste DirectionsCombine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well using a fork.
