Ingredients1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried coriander
1/3 clove garlic, poureed
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
DirectionsAdd all the ingredients in a bottle, cover and shake well until you get a smooth mixture.
Chill for several hours (better overnight) before serving.
If you use this dressing with a salad that uses cheese, prefer a mild type of cheese over sharp or bitter types.
Notes and tipsThis dressing goes well on Mexican salads.
