Tarragon vinaigrette

A simple and delicious vinaigrette sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp fresh tarragon (leaves only)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

In a bowl whisk together the lemon juice and oil until well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the tarragon just before serving.

Cook's notes

This sauce must be served the day it is made. For a better flavour you should use freshly ground black pepper and coarse sea salt
