Garlic vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 60 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt 2.5 ml salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper 1.2 ml black pepper
- 1 or more cloves of garlic, crushed or finely chopped 1 or more cloves of garlic, crushed or finely chopped
Method
Compbine all ingredients in a salad dressing shaker or similar and shake well, until well combined. Taste and adjust with more salt and pepper, if needed. Let the vinaigrette sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour so that the flavours develop.
