Aioli sauce

Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp lemon juice 30 ml lemon juice
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs 30 ml bread crumbs
- 4 large garlic cloves 4 large garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp sugar 2.5 ml sugar
- 1 cup olive oil 240 ml olive oil
Method
Add the egg yolks, lemon juice, bread crumbs, garlic cloves and sugar in a blender. Process until you get a thick mixture. Start adding the olive oil, very slowly. When the mixture has thickened enough, you can add the remaining olive oil faster. If the mayonaise is too thick, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of boiling water and stir.
This sauce is great on potatoes or fish dishes.
