Shrimp and clam vermicelli

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb butter 115 g butter

- 3/4 cup raw shrimp (shelled, deveined, and chopped) 180 ml raw shrimp (shelled, deveined, and chopped)
- 2 cup raw clams (chopped) 480 ml raw clams (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cup dry white wine 360 ml dry white wine

- 1 lb vermicelli 455 g vermicelli
Method
In a saucepan over medium to high heat, and the olive oil, butter and saute the onions and garlic. Add the tomatoes and
parsley; reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp, clams and white wine and season with the oregano, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook the vermicelli according to instructions on packaging, drain, top with the sauce and serve.
