Homemade vinegar and salt pickles

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb cucumbers (sliced along the length) 680 g cucumbers (sliced along the length)
- 1 quart white vinegar 945 ml white vinegar
- 1/2 quart water 475 ml water
- 1/2 cup course salt 120 ml course salt
Method
Place the sliced cucumbers in one or more jars.
In a pot over high heat add the water and white wine vinegar. Bring to a boil and pour over the cucumbers until completely covered. Seal the jars and let sit for at least 7 days before using.
