Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar 59 ml white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley 59 ml finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp dried basil 9.9 ml dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano 4.9 ml dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper 2.5 ml dried crushed red pepper

Method
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and blend well using a wire whisk (you can also use an electric mixer or similar). Season with slat and black pepper to taste.
Chill for several hours before serving.

Cook's notes
Refrigerating a sauce for several hours before using is important since it gives enough time for the various flavors to develop. The more time the sauce is given, the better the taste and smell it develops.
