Hot coriander and chili salad dressing

Ingredients
- 1 green chili, seeded and then finely chopped 1 green chili, seeded and then finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander (cilantro) 60 ml fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1/2 cup sour cream 120 ml sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 120 ml mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp honey 2.5 ml honey

Method
Add all ingredients in a food processor or blender, cover and process at high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour salad dressing into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refigerate for at least 2 hours. This will allow the flavors to develop.
Refrigerated any left over dressing for up to 3 days.
This recipe will make about 1 1/4 cups of dressing.
