Classic Guacamole

Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados, seeded, peeled and cut into small chunks 4 ripe avocados, seeded, peeled and cut into small chunks
- 2 tbsp lime juice 30 ml lime juice

- 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1.2 ml ground cumin

Method
In a large mixing bowl, add the avocado chunks, lime juice and garlic. Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well until all ingredients blend evenly. Cover with plastic foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
Cook's notes
Serve this avocado dip with tortilla chips for a great appetizer.
