Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients

- pounds tomatillos (with the outer husk removed) pounds tomatillos (with the outer husk removed)

- 2 tbsp garlic (minced) 30 ml garlic (minced)
- 4 tsp dried oregano 20 ml dried oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 60 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 cup fresh coriander (chopped) 240 ml fresh coriander (chopped)

Method
Dice the tomatillos and place in a bowl. Add the garlic, onions, serrano or jalapeno peppers, garlic, lime juice, oregano, coriander, salt and pepper. Taste the salsa and adjust with more salt, pepper and lime juice, as desired.
Cook's notes
You can adjust how hot the sauce is by adjusting the quantity of serrano or jalapeno peppers used.
