Ingredients
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated) 455 g sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 (4 oz) jar pimentos, drained and finely diced or blended 1 (4 oz) jar pimentos, drained and finely diced or blended
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 120 ml mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cayenne powder 4.9 ml cayenne powder
Method
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
Serve with tortilla chips, bell pepper slices, cucumber slices or celery sticks.
