Mushrooms with tarragon

Ingredients
- 3 cup button mushrooms 720 ml button mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped) 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 4.9 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried tarragon 15 ml fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1/2 tsp light soy sauce 2.5 ml light soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil untill soft. Stir in the remaining ingredients, cook for 2-3 minutes (until mushrooms are soft) and serve hot
