Method
Combine the white onion, red onion, green onion, cilantro, tomato, jalapeno chili, and garlic into a bowl.
In another bowl combine the tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and vegetable oil and whisk until well combined.
Drizzle the dressing over the chopped onions and tomato and use a spoon to mix thoroughly, until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
