Tarragon vinegar

Ingredients
- 2 cup white wine vinegar 480 ml white wine vinegar
- 1/2 1/2
- cup of fresh tarragon cup of fresh tarragon
Method
Combine the vinegar and tarragon in a pan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Store in a dry, dark place for two weeks. Strain in a glass bottle and enjoy.
Cook's notes
You can add 1 or 2 sprigs of fresh tarragon in the vinegar for garnish.
