Lawrys Beef and Bean Tacos

Ingredients

Method
Add the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, and brown the ground beef together with the garlic for about 15 minutes.
Drain, add the seasoning and water, stir well and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add the refried beans and stir well to heat through.
Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa and cheese (use whatever you like) in warm taco shells.

Ingredients
3 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp sugar
3 tsp chicken bouillon, granulated
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cumin
Method
Combine all ingredients well. Put in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunshine.
