Serving ice cream
November 27, 2006
Leave the ice cream at room temperature for about 8 minutes before serving. This will make the serving process much easier. Cover the opened ice cream tighly with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigarator immediately after serving to avoid the creation of ice crystals. Serving the ice cream in chilled bowls will make it keep its shape much longer.
