Enchilada lasagna is Mexican dish that looks like Italian lasagna. Instead of the pasta (that is used in Italian lasagna), corn tortillas are used in this dish. The filling is made of chicken, bell peppers and spring onions, flavored with typical Mexican spices such as cumin, paprica and oregano. The ingredients are topped with shredded cheese and a cheese bechamel (a flour based sauce flavored with cheese).
