Fajitas is probably the most popular Mexican dish. Chicken, beef or shrimp is first marinated in the fajitas seasoning, stir fried on a skillet and served on warm flour tortillas together with sauteed bell peppers, onions and typical Mexican condiments such as guacamole, and salsa. You can buy ready made fajitas seasoning but for best results you can make your own at home. It is a lot cheaper and above all, it tastes much better.
