2 tasses de vinaigre de vin blanc
1 / 2 tasse d'estragon frais

Itinéraire

Combine the vinegar and tarragon in a pan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Store in a dry, dark place for two weeks. Strain in a glass bottle and enjoy.

Vous pouvez ajouter 1 ou 2 brins d'estragon frais dans le vinaigre pour la garniture.
