Carne Asada Tacos recipeA simple beef taco found everywhere in Mexico. Corn tortillas are filled with fried beef, topped with onion and coriander. This dish is a fast and easy to make appetizer.
Preparation time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 10 minutes, Serves: 8
Ingredients2 cups finely diced flank or skirt steak 16 corn tortillas 1/2 cup onion, diced 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped 2-3 Tbsp vegetable oil Salt and black pepper to taste

DirectionsHeat oil in a medium pan over high heat. Cook the beef, turning frequently, for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges
become brown and crispy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Stack two tortillas, one on top of the other and top with the hot beef, chopped onions and cilantro. Fold the two tortillas in half, then wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes, until the tortillas have warmed up.
Serve with salsa or guacamole.
