Chicken Tacos recipeAn easy and delicious chicken tacos recipe.
Preparation time: 15 minutes, Cooking time: 10 minutes, Serves: 4
Ingredients1 chicken breast, skinless and boneless
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced 2 Tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
12 corn tortillas
For topping Asadero cheese, shredded or grated Sour cream Mexican red salsa Lettuce, shredded
DirectionsBoil the chicken in water for 10 - 15 minutes, until cooked. Remove from the water and set aside to cool. Using your fingers, shred the chicken.
In a frying pan or skillet over high heat, add the oil, heat, add the garlic,
onion and tomato. Cook until tender. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
Fill the tortilla shells with the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with the cheese and
