Pimento cheese recipe

A simple, delicious cheese dip, great with tortillas chips or vegetable sticks.

Ingredients

1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4 oz) jar pimentos, drained and finely diced or blended
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp cayenne powder

Directions

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.

Serve with tortilla chips, bell pepper slices, cucumber slices or celery sticks.
