pounds tomatillos (with the outer husk removed)
2 large yellow onions, finely chopped 2-4 serrano or jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded (adjust quantity to taste)
2 Tbsp garlic, minced 4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste DirectionsDice the tomatillos and place in a bowl. Add the garlic, onions, serrano or jalapeno peppers, garlic, lime juice, oregano, coriander, salt and pepper. Taste the salsa and adjust with more salt, pepper and lime juice, as desired.
