Vinaigrette with capers recipe
Share this recipe on FacebookA vinaigrette using capers and parsley. Good with salads or cooked vegetables. If you like vinegar, this vinenaigrette sauce is for you.

Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 clove of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp capers, drained
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process for about a minute at high speed until the dressing is well blended.
Chill for several hours in the refrigerator and shake well before using.
Notes and tips
This dressing is great with boild or steamed vegetables.
