Garlic vinaigrette recipe

A vinaigrette is a French dressing for simple green salads. This recipe is a garlic flavoured vinaigrette dressing, great for a wide range of salads.
Preparation time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 5 minutes, Serves: 2 


1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 or more cloves of garlic, crushed or finely chopped


Compbine all ingredients in a salad dressing shaker or similar and shake well, until well combined. Taste and adjust with more salt and pepper, if needed. Let the vinaigrette sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour so that the flavours develop.

Serve with your favourite salad.
