Mushrooms with tarragon recipe

A simple starter or side dish
Preparation time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 10 minutes, Serves: 4 

Ingredients

3 cups button mushrooms
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. light soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil untill soft. Stir in the remaining ingredients, cook for 2-3 minutes (until mushrooms are soft) and serve hot
