Tarragon mayonaise recipe

Great with fish
Preparation time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 5 minutes, Serves: 0 


1 cup mayonaise
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons prepared white horseradish
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon drained small capers, chopped


Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill.
Makes 1½ cups
