Tarragon mustard sauce recipe

A sauce that is great with fish
Preparation time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 5 minutes, Serves: 0 


6 ounces sour cream
2 ounces dijon mustard
1 bunch of fresh tarragon, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
Salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients, season to taste and allow a few hours for flavors to blend. Makes 1 cup.
