Ingredients
2 cups of white wine vinegar
1/2
cup of fresh tarragon
Directions
Combine the vinegar and tarragon in a pan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Store in a dry, dark place for two weeks. Strain in a glass bottle and enjoy.
Notes and tips
You can add 1 or 2 sprigs of fresh tarragon in the vinegar for garnish.
