Tarragon wine sauce recipe

Preparation time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 15 minutes, Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
1 shallot, finely chopped
2/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup light cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the shallot
and cook until soft. Pour in the wine, add the tarragon and season with salt and
pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place sauce in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Return to saucepan, stir in the cream and reheat before
serving.
