Easy homemade hamburgers recipe

Beefburgers made with fresh ingredients and cooked on the grill. They can be served on buns with french fries and condiments for a complete dish.
Preparation time: 10 minutes, Cooking time: 15 minutes, Serves: 4 

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp crushed dried rosemary
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, cheese, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, egg, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Cook the beefburgers on a grill over high heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until well done.

Serve on buns with pickles, mayonaise, ketchup, tomato slices and lettuce, or anuthing else you like..
