4.5 oz (125 g) butter
5.25 oz (150 g) milk chocolate (Cadbury Dairy Milk or similar)
1.75 oz (50 g) dark chocolate
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

Preheat oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit (170 degrees Celsius).

Grease and line an 8 inch (20cm) square cake pan with baking paper.

Melt the butter, milk and dark chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
