French onion dip recipe

A great tasting french onion dip. This dip is easy to make and tastes great with chips, nachos, baked potatoes or potato wedges.
Preparation time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 5 minutes, Serves: 6 

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp fresh, green onion, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp onion, minced
Salt and white pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, minced onion, salt and pepper and stir until all ingredients are well blended. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

For a light version of this dip, substitute the sour cream and mayonnaise with low fat versions.
