Ingredients
2 cups whole milk
2 Tbsp white vinegar or 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Add the milk in a bottle and stir in the vinegar or lemon juice. Stir well and let it sit at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. The milk should start to curdle. Stir well or shake before using.
