Mexican beer cocktail (Micheladas) recipe

A refreshing beer and lime juice Mexican cocktail, great for parties.

Ingredients

A beer mug or similar large glass (chilled for best results)
Coarse salt (for the rim of the glass)

Crushed ice
1 Mexican beer (should be as cold as possible)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 dash soy sauce
1-2 dashes hot chili sauce (Tabasco or similar)
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of salt

1 lime wedge for garnishing

Directions

Prepare the mug or glass by wetting the rim with lime juice and dipping it in the salt.

Fill the glass half way with ice, then add the lime juice, soy sauce, hot chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Stir well using a spoon, then fill with the beer. Add the lime wedge and serve immediately.
