Chimayo cocktail recipe

A wonderful tequila based cocktail with apple cider and Creme de Cassis.
Preparation time: -, Cooking time: -, Serves: 1 


1 1/4 oz premium tequila
1/4 oz lemon juice
1 1/2 oz apple cider
1/4 oz Creme de Cassis

To garnish
Thinly sliced apple wedges


Add the tequila, lemon juice, apple cider and Creme de Cassis into a shaker and shake until well blended. Pour over ice in a cocktail glass and garnish with the apple wedges.

We LOVE this cocktail but when we try to make it at home we can't find Creme de Cassis anywhere so we substitute Chambord in place of it and they taste delicious!
