Creamy soy sauce salad dressing recipe

A salad dressing for people who like asian flavors such as soy sauce and sesame seed oil. Use low fat mayonnaise for a lighter version of this dressing. Great for simple salads.
Preparation time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 1 minutes, Serves: 0 

Ingredients

3 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp sesame seed oil

Directions

Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk using a wire whisk until smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add 1/2 tsp of water at a time and stir, until you get the desired consistency.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours until needed. For best results, refrigerate overnight.

Makes about 3 1/2 cups of salad dressing.

Try this sauce on a lettuce, chicken and tomato salad.
