Meditteranean tomato and yogurt dressing recipe

This salad dressing is great on Greek salads or variations, containing feta cheese and black olives.
Preparation time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 2 minutes, Serves: 0 

Ingredients

2 medium plum tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup plain non fat or low fat yoghurt
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Dash of cayenne (optional)
Dash of garlic powder
Salt to taste

Directions

Put the chopped tomatoes, the lemon juice and the vinegar in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Lower the blending speed to medium while adding the rest of the ingredients.

Chill for several hours (for best results overnight) before serving.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dressing.
