Southwestern style vinaigrette recipe

Another salad dressing based on olive oil and white wine vinegar, using mustard powder and dried herbs such as oregano and coriander.
Preparation time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 1 minutes, Serves: 0 

Ingredients

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried coriander
1/3 clove garlic, poureed
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste

Directions

Add all the ingredients in a bottle, cover and shake well until you get a smooth mixture.

Chill for several hours (better overnight) before serving.

If you use this dressing with a salad that uses cheese, prefer a mild type of cheese over sharp or bitter types.

Notes and tips

This dressing goes well on Mexican salads.
