Tiramisu recipes

Tiramisu with cream cheese recipe 

A variation of Tiramisu that uses cream cheese, in addition to the mascarpone. Cream cheese is not used in authentic Italian Tiramisu recipes but in this case, it adds body to the cream mixture. The secret of this recipe, as well as all Tiramisu recipes, is the quality of ingredients used, so always chose the best quality ingredients.
 
 

Basic Tiramisu with Zabaglione recipe 

This Tiramisu recipe uses a zabaglione (a cream made with egg yolks and sugar), Mascarpone cheese, heavy cream and Marsala or brandy. The ladyfingers are dipped in the brandy or Marsala (whichever is used) instead of Espresso coffee.

Tiramisu New York style recipe 

Tiramisu is one of the most famous Italian desserts. There are many variations to this recipe but in almost all of them, basic ingredients are ladyfingers, Mascarpone cheese, eggs and Espresso coffee. In this recipe, toasted ladyfingers dipped in Espresso coffee, together with Mascarpone cheese and a combination of liqueurs make a delicious and light dessert.

Tiramisu with sponge cake (Genoise) recipe (with photos) 

This Tiramisu recipe uses a Genoise cake instead of ladyfingers. Genoise is a simple cake made with eggs, sugar, flour and butter. It also uses two layers of cream, one made with Mascarpone cheese and the other with whipped cream. For the coffee part, it uses a combination of Espresso coffee and Marsala wine or brandy. The recipe looks complicated but it is delicious and quite simple and easy to make.

Tiramisu (with Kahlua and Amaretto) recipe 

Tiramisu, is a famous Italian desert, typically made of two layers of ladyfingers soaked in espresso coffee, topped with a cream mixture made with mascarpone cheese, alcohol (usually rum), and sometimes a zabaglione, which is a creamy mixture made with eggs and sugar. This recipe is one of the many variations of Tiramisu, using a zabaglione, Amaretto liqeur, Kahlua and rum.

Sophia Loren's basic Tiramisu (variation) recipe 

A variation of a tiramisu recipe by Sophia Loren from a show on the Food TV Network. Like most Tiramisu recipes, this one uses eggs, Mascarpone cheese, Espresso coffee and ladyfingers as basic ingredients. The different with this recipe is the use of orange liqueur together with the Espresso coffee to flavour the ladyfingers.
